All of our products are supplied with free standard shipping. Your order will typically be processed within one working day of an order being placed.  Our standard delivery service is 3-5 days (mainland UK), if next day delivery is available for your product you will see this as an option at Checkout. We work with a number of couriers. The tracking information specific to your order will be supplied via email upon confirmation of the processing of your order. 

We work with a number of different suppliers. It is possible that your items may arrive as separate consignments. If this is the case, you will receive separate tracking details to be able to track your packages. Each delivery method will typically have the same delivery timeframe.  

We currently only ship to Mainland UK as standard. If you are outside of the mainland UK, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we can offer you advice and services on how to order our products. 

We are more than happy to help, no matter how big or small your query may be. You can contact us via email, post or Whatsapp on the information adjacent. Furthermore you can use our Contact Us page and complete the contact form. 

If your shipping address is incorrect please ensure to contact us immediately. We will do what we can to get this corrected. If, however, this consignment has been processed and/or dispatched, this may not be possible and you may need to receive this from the address that was originally provided.

At Dalia Home, we understand the importance of satisfaction with your purchase. In line with UK consumer rights, we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your goods, allowing you to return items for any reason for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note, return shipping costs may not be covered. For defective or incorrectly supplied items, we will ensure a straightforward exchange or refund process, including the reimbursement of return shipping costs.
