Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and within their original packaging. To initiate a refund, please reach out on our Contact Us page or directly on hello@daliahome.co.uk with your proof of purchase and the reason for your refund request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the time period confirmed within the confirmation email.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend initially contacting your bank and/or credit card supplier. It may take some time before your refund is processed. first check your bank account again.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to claim a refund or a replacement if the goods supplied are faulty or misdescribed.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are determined to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us on the Contact Us page or directly on hello@daliahome.co.uk and send your item to our returns address. The timescale for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our returns address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the items you have purchased are supplied via a third party, these items will be shipped directly to you directly from our suppliers. This allows us to offer a diverse range of products and keep our inventory costs low, which in turn enables us to provide products at a great price. Items of which are shipped directly via our suppliers will adhere to the delivery times and methods as stated at the point of purchase. The total shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before your complete your order. Please note, only deliveries within the UK are possible at this time. If your order has been received and is outside of the UK, we will contact you to discuss a refund or alternative delivery options.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the product, your location, existing offers available, all of which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed you will receive an order confirmation email along with your associated delivery information.
You can track your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email, if a delivery method has been selected which allows for delivery tracking. Please note the updating of your tracking information will be in adherence with the delivery companies time frame.
Some products listed may have shipping restrictions due to the size, weight or nature of the product. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately and we will do what we can to assist. We cannot guarantee that the change can be made if the order has already been processed by our suppliers or delivery partners.
